1.) Joining
To join a team, you must be a created character or a cannon character that does not have a team. In order for you to get in, you must post under the Team's post, asking to be let in.

2.) Creating
To create a team, you simply have to post under the created teams, and come up with a name. Simple as that. You must have three members to start it off (a Leader, Co-Captain, and a Member).

3.) Function
Teams are people who work to gather for a common idea. You may leave the team, and work for someone else or just don't join a new team.
