			<description>You can hire either an able bodied person and provide them equipment or you can hire one who already has such equipment. If you hire someone with out equipment it will cost you less but they are also not as skilled as those that have their own. You must pay the mercenary the wage you have agreed upon every day. You can however add up each day and pay them each week, bi-weekly, or monthly. That is if you agree to those terms with the mercenary and if the DM/GM allows.
